Early Bird Registration (CLOSED): Early Bird Registration is for participants who take advantage of our special early bird period. By registering early, you can take advantage of lower fees compared to late bird or on site registration.

Late Bird Registration: Late Bird Registration is for participants who register after the early bird period has ended. Late bird registration is available at a higher fee as it gets closer to the conference start date.

Developed Countries: This is for participants who are from economically developed nations. To check if your country falls into this category, please refer to the Word Bank classification list of developed countries (click here) . If your country is listed under the High-Income Countries section, you’ll fall under the Developed Countries category.

Low & Middle  Countries: This is for participants who are from low and middle-income countries. To check if your country falls into this category, please refer to the Word Bank classification list of low and middle-income nations (click here) . If your country is listed under the “Low & Middle Income Countries” section, you’ll fall under this category

Students from African Regions: This subcategory is exclusively for students currently enrolled in educational institutions located in an African country. If you’re a student from any African country, you’ll be eligible for the reduced fee.

National: This subcategory is for participants who are citizens or residents of the country where the event or program is taking place (Senegal). As a citizen or resident, you can take advantage of the reduced fee.

Registration Fees

Payment of registration fees (in US dollar) can be done via the online registration process by the following methods:

  • By 3D secure Credit or Debit card: Visa, MasterCard or American Express (UEMOA region only)
  • By Mobile Money (Orange Money, Wave, Free Money) for National participants only (UEMOA region only)
  • By Bank Transfer (non UEMAO regions)

NB: Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees. Credit or debit card transactions must be 3D secure, please contact your bank for more information.

If you choose to use bank transfer payment, please ensure that the name of the meeting and of the participant is stated on the bank transfer. Please make drafts payable to:

Please not that registration is individual and covers participation fees only (conference proceedings, coffee/lunch break).

All cancellations or refund request must be sent by email to contact@conf5.fanus.org. The conference committee reserves the right to adjust the policy on a case-by-case basis due to extraordinary circumstances.
